Refund and Returns Policy

We know that whilst shopping online can be convenient and enjoyable, there are times, it just might not work out. We want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase and therefore if you change your mind or the product just isn't right, that’s ok!  

We offer a full refund or exchange on full priced items within 14 business days from receipt of your order.  However, we don't offer exchanges or refunds on sale or discounted items as sale is considered final.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition it was purchased with all tags intact.

We recommend you use register post or tracked courier to return your items as we will not accept responsibility if packages are lost in transit.

Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund they purchase price less any shipping costs and refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 2-3 days.

Exchanged items will not attract shipping costs
